How it Works
Our automated foundation watering system is easy on you and your home.
- Trench. A trench is dug around the exterior of your foundation about 2 feet off the exterior walls and 12 to 18 inches deep.
- Moisture Emitters. Olshan will lay a water line in the trench and install moisture emitters inside.
- Moisture Sensors. Moisture sensors will also be installed, ensuring healthy levels of moisture for your soils. This helps you conserve water, prevents you from over-watering and takes the guesswork out of keeping your home's foundation adequately hydrated throughout the year.
